Kristen Lockhart

Ms. Lockhart is a data analyst with over 20 years of experience in the areas of data management, quality assurance (QA), quality management, data interpretation, and statistical analysis. Kristen has extensive experience in managing large sets of environmental data for clients that include Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) and Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP). Kristen routinely manages data sets from various sources, performs completeness checks and consistency checks on data sets, and provides summaries of the data in various formats. She also has experience validating chemistry data and the associated electronic data deliverables from multiple laboratories. Her review of electronic data deliverables and the associated Data Validation Summary Reports for NDEP is an area where Kristen combines her knowledge of quality assurance, databases, and chemistry.

Kristen has been involved in writing Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs), developing a procedure for database quality assessments, and supporting development of Quality Management Systems for clients, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) Office of Environmental Information (OEI). Kristen has supported the development of a Quality Management System for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Kristen also reviews data validation summary reports (DVSRs), performs data quality audits and laboratory competency audits, and conducts quality assessments of various programs, projects, and databases for clients, including Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) and Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). She has experience in developing and applying QA guidance to database programs and environmental chemistry problems. She also oversees the quality aspects of work performed under an EPA contract.
