Neptune and Company (“Neptune”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information is collected when you visit https://www.neptuneinc.org, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have over it.
Scope
This policy applies to the Neptune website. It does not apply to customer-facing product applications governed by separate Terms of Service, or to internal employee systems.

Information Collected
We collect only limited categories of personal information through your interactions with the site, as described below. 1. Information You Provide Directly
If you complete our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. Contact form submissions are automatically deleted after sixty days. If you do not require a response from us, you can browse the website without submitting any personal information.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, basic web browsing information is collected such as: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device type. We retain this information only as long as necessary for analytics and security purposes.

• Strictly necessary: set by our website provider Squarespace and essential for the site to function (for example, security and load balancing). These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics / performance: set by Squarespace and Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
We minimize cookie persistence: session cookies are deleted when you close your browser, and persistent cookies are limited to what is needed for site functionality and analytics. Non-essential cookies are set only after you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie Preferences” in the site footer.
