Scope: Under this contract, Neptune provides technical quality assurance and statistical support (including decision quality support) to ORD Laboratories or Centers, other Program Offices, and Regions in the following support areas: 1-Document and Product Reviews, 2-Activity Reviews, and 3-Technical Quality System and Statistical Support. This contract is intended to support EPA in implementing the most current versions of EPA 2106.0, Quality Policy, and EPA 2105.0, Policy and Program Requirements for the Mandatory Agency-Wide Quality System.

Scope: This contract has a broad scope with an emphasis on developing and implementing regulations under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). The scope of work covers technical and analytical support for environmental and analytical chemistry, primary and secondary environmental data collection, statistics, engineering, hydrology, hydrogeology, public health and risk assessment, system analysis, cost and benefit assessments, database management, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), and microbiology.

Scope: This contract provides training, technical assistance, knowledge management, and other support necessary to help USAID and its partners to design and implement USAID’s programs in an environmentally and socially sustainable manner.
The statement of work is broad and includes:

  • Technical Analysis and Support for Missions and Bureaus
  • Capacity Building
  • Assessing and Avoiding Environmental and Social Impacts of Proposed Development Strategies and Projects
  • Defining environmental factors that constrain development such as climate change and biodiversity and assisting in resource restoration
  • Assist in ensuring environmental considerations as part of USAID’s humanitarian assistance after critical stages of disaster response
